My recent week-long stay at the Metro exceeded all my expectations, a rarity in my travels. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were striking, complemented by a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the efficient air conditioning, which provided a welcome respite from the Colombo heat, along with a flat-screen TV offering a variety of channels for entertainment. What truly set the Metro apart was the attentive service from the staff, especially Mr Prasanna, whose friendly demeanor and multilingual skills made navigating the area effortless. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to nearby dining options like Fazly's Halal Refreshment and the KAFE, enriching my stay with delightful culinary experiences. The Metro provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, making it a standout choice for anyone visiting Colombo.
